“The staff hospitality and service was great but I feel not really comfortable with the room because bugs can get in somewhere. I just left some snacks open for less than 5 minutes and it already covered in ants.”

Environnement très bruyant ( réveil à 4h du matin tout les jours par les haut parleurs des 3 mosquées environnantes...). Restaurant moyen... ”

“Dirty rooms, ants on the bed, gekko's in the room. Toiletpaper only when you ask it. Dirty spots on the bedsheets. Aluminiumfolie and a lot of leaves in the pool. ”

“All was lovely. The staff were pleasant. Typical Javanese Breakfast of rice, noodles, tempeh and coffee was good. The room was nice and location was on a quite Street just off of Ijen with several local restaurants nearby. We were hoping to extend our stay for a week but the WiFi was nonexistent and we could not get cell service in the room. WiFi worked okay in the lobby just outside but because of this we found another hotel just around the corner.”

“The hotel room was a horror. Everything was dirty, the sheets were stained and there was an anthill in the corner. You don't even get toilet paper. We checked out again immediately.”
