“Customer Service is 10 X above 5 stars. The front desk service went above and beyond the call of duty. Ms. Brenda and Gerilyn are amazing employees. Every Country Inn & Suites would be fortunate to have these 2 on staff. The rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable. The breakfast was exceptional. We have spent the next 3 nights of our trip at CI&S because of the wonderful service we received in Nashville.”

“This is a basic hotel, my room was spacious and well equipped, wifi was stable and fast, the gym was small but well equipped and well maintained. There is virtually no breakfast with no options or choices, very very limited. Literally overpriced”
“Rooms were very affordable for the location and very nice and updated. We didn't care for the pool being right next to a bar , suggestion would be build a wall for some privacy. Served free breakfast from 6am-9pm and I am not an egg person but have to say their scrambled eggs were the best I have ever had. We would definitely stay here again if or when back in Nashville ”
“I don’t feel safe to stay here if you were alone. But what you get is what you pay for. For the price I spent, I cannot complain. The 3rd floor room I stayed in was fairly clean.
Though, people on the 2nd floor might be living there, and their door was often open. Some people were in and out at night, so there was some sketchy thing going on for sure. ”
“If I could give them six stars, I would. Everything about this day was amazing from the front desk to the living area. The bathroom, the rooms were big and spacious clean. I normally wear my house shoes, no matter what hotel I go to. I wasn’t a MUST to put them on with this stay and I love that. However I still wore them. Amazing stay!”
“Questo Hotel per essere un 2 stelle, era molto carino, c'era il frigorifero e il forno a microonde in camera, tutto molto pulito. ordinato e profumato. Ovviamente da un Hotel a 2 stelle non ci si deve aspettare chissà cosa, ma aveva tutto il necessario per stare bene. La colazione era buona, e la sala colazione molto pulita.
