Stanza piena di mobili in cui è difficile girarsi. Ragnatele ataviche sopra il condizionatore. Durante le pulizie hanno preso per sbagli l’accappatoio di mio figlio di 1 anno e mai ritrovato, ho dovuto ricomprarlo. Mai più ospite in questa struttura.”

Mi dispiace però dire che all'arrivo ci era stato detto che non avevano colazione inclusa ma ci veniva offerto un drink. Sicuramente c'è stata una incomprensione ma la sera il barman é stato davvero sgarbato in compenso le signore all'accoglienza sono state gentilissime”

“I usually stay at this Embassy every summer as I travel through Albuquerque. The staff at check in/out are always very pleasant and helpful. The complimentary evening reception is always a nice welcome after a day of travel, and a variety of things to snack on before making dinner plans. The buffet breakfast is very good, with more than enough options to make everyone in my family happy. Both the evening reception and the breakfast are the two main reasons I continue to return to Embassy...

She was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely cared that everything was right during my stay. Customer service like hers is hard to find these days. She made a great first impression and is a big reason I’d stay at this Holiday Inn again. I hope management recognizes what an asset she is—employees like Patti deserve to be appreciated.”

There were a few things that were annoying such as the electrical outlets mostly not working properly, wasn’t cra about the shower head, a/c just ok, the shuttle service was cancelled & that was a great perk that we looked forward to for back & forth to the airport. All in all the trip itself was great, food, drinks wonderful !”
