Excellent front desk person who went above and beyond to make sure to make us feel welcome. Free covered public parking during the week-end days. “Only complaint is that the AC in the room smells awfully moldy. They need to have their HVAC serviced. Otherwise, very quiet and clean. ”

“I found the hotel staff to be very courteous and professional. I have stayed at this hotel during three separate trips to Durham. The staff has always been wonderful to me. My hotel room was always clean and immaculate. The breakfasts were scrumptious.”

It allowed us time to have breakfast and not feel rushed out the door. I decided to stay an extra night & the young lady at the front desk was so helpful with booking the extra night.
