“Good customer service ”

“The place was super clean, quiet, and walkable distance to a coffee shop and little market which was a plus. There is also a yummy Mexican restaurant right next to it. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and made s’mores with the fire pit. Also the bed has an electric blanket which we really enjoyed. We loved our stay so much we’re thinking of when we can come back again!”

“The service is absolutely fantastic. 10 stars service, every staff members are so helpful and polite. You can even drinks 24/7, a hot tea beside the fire in your room during winter is not the warmest thing, but the staff team is.”

“Very nice hostel. Rooms are comfortable and it takes about 1 hour to arrive to Yosemite village, in the center of the park. Continental breakfast is good, but the dining room/office is a bit small, so you have to share the table with the other guests. I would suggest to move the corner with the food to a bigger part of the room, to avoid confusion and waiting times.”

“Breakfast was wonderful. Waffles, eggs, potatoes, sausage, oatmeal, plenty of fresh fruits, yogurt, cereal. Bathrooms were a bit outdated, and they need some rain gutters to stop the constant dripping right outside the room door, but it was a great one-night stay. ”

“L'hotel è bello ben curato e pulito. Il personale è gentile e cordiale tranne quelle del check in, le stanze sono belle e spaziose ma ho avuto due problemi molto spiacevoli. Il primo è che prenotando con Expedia e probabilmente per una sola notte mi hanno messo al 2° piano con finestra che ha una vista molto limitata...a due metri c'è un muro. L'hotel era mezzo vuoto quindi perché assegnarmi una stanza così? Avrei capito se fossi arrivato tardissimo nella notte e l'hotel era pieno ma io sono...

“Da migliorare il servizio colazione. Pochi tavoli, non puliti e sedie non in buono stato. Eravamo in viaggio con due bambini, ed il nostro vicino di camera ha fumato per ore weed a fianco alla nostra porta. L’abbiamo segnalato alla reception ma ci hanno indicato che in California è legale….”
