“We were so glad we stayed at Papillon Cellars for our trip to the Yosemite area. The location was great -- very close to Mariposa for shopping and restaurants, but also an easy trip into Yosemite from either the route 140 or route 41 entrances. The property itself was absolutely gorgeous with phenomenal sunsets. We were there for our anniversary, and it was really romantic. “House was beautiful as was the view off of the back porch. Although we didn’t use them, there were lots of games available. Would be even better in the summer with the back porch and grilling. Owners were available throughout our stay if needed anything and had a pound of local coffee for us which was greatly appreciated. Would definitely recommend this property for families, couples or any combination. Thanks for the hospitality. ”

“L'hotel è in buona posizione anche se un po' fuori del parco. Si raggiunge l'ingresso con un oretta di auto. Il posto è incantevole. Gli appartamenti estremamente puliti e tutto è nuovo. Da non sottovalutare l'uso della cucina che permette di mangiare nella stanza. La nostra aveva la possibilità di stare fuori. La gentilezza degli hosts è meravigliosa. Ottime colazioni preparate espresse.”

“Al momento del check-in sono venuto a conoscenza da una addetta maleducata che sia la piscina che l'idromassaggio erano chiusi perché era "finita la stagione". Ciò è accaduto il giorno 7 settembre. Persino il distributore del ghiaccio non funzionava e bisognava andare nel ristorante a chiederne e e quindi la necessità doveva essere compatibile con gli orari di apertura del ristorante.
