The pillows were almost flat and they were only two so each person got one is no vending or ice machine on property but nothing to use to cook with no utensils. No pans, no cups. No plates at all. “Our sheets were stained, they were clean just dark stains on white sheets. We had to get new towels everyday, we only stayed here for 3 days so not long term”

“Hotel was grungy. My bathroom was so dirty - there was pubic hairs and some type of powder in my shower and on hand towel. Even AFTER I asked for my bathroom to be cleaned I found it the SAME way. When I showed the specifics to the housekeeper after noticing the front desk a second time she offered to RINSE my shower. When I asked for cleaner she handed me bleach in a bottle and rags so I could "make sure it was how I wanted!" Breakfast was the minimum. I ate at mcdonald's across the street 2...

“I had to change room three times. Stain on carpet, lock wouldn’t work on 1st floor. Manager said she would refund if I booked through them. I called Expedia and they said we will get her to refund. They gave me bogus points to stay another night with their properties. I haven’t seen points and I was very tired and frustrated packing up twice to keep moving. ”
