“We booked a room for our anniversary. We are Raleigh natives and have always wanted to stay here but I think our expectations were too high. We couldn’t book a couples massage b/c we were told they get booked 2 months out. We had ants on our balcony. I was told check in was at 3:00 but we didn’t get to check in till 3:45. “Front desk staff was courteous. Overall hotel was decent, but the cleanliness of our room was not good. There was a huge brown stain in the center of the floor, and it was apparent that it was not vacuumed prior to our stay because there were lots of crumbs on the floor along with “pieces of smoking items” which was quite shocking! Gym was nice along complimentary breakfast.”

“Wonderful place walking distance to everything downtown, only complaint is no parking, you have to find a spot on street or around corner in a parking garage which may not work for everybody, we managed it fine.”
