“Very nice property. Good location. Quiet. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Large rooms.”

“First clue to leave should have been the broken AC in the lobby. The woman at the counter was nice enough, but was always hiding in one of the rooms to stay cool. The bed pillows were tiny and the size of a couch throw pillow. The entrance to the rear building had a broken door lock and the hall reeked of mold. The room was semi-clean but it was obvious water damage had been painted over. The TV had to be reset and couldn't access any of the streaming features, and there was no cable or live TV....

“Avoid this hotel. The staff is petty, rude, and unhelpful. I am glad my stay was short.”

“Room and bathroom were dirty. Cobwebs and diet everywhere in the room. Toilet seat was broken and the toilet needed cleaning. Repairs made to the room were very badly done. Dog constantly barked. Room doors do not shut properly so they have to be slammed. Slamming was heard during the whole stay. Staff are friendly and Continental breakfast was appreciated.”

“Breakfast bar was not good. Furniture in room was older and had numerous chips on the surfaces.”

“Located right next to a bunch of restaurants/breweries and a performance space. Really lovely hotel with pour over coffee in the room (such a nice delicious surprise) and thencomfortable amenities all around”

“The front desk staff was awful. My room was not ready for check-in at 3, they ignored me while they checked in no less than 10 groups. I was very upset and disappointed.”

“Nice updated room, wonderful and friendly staff, beautiful grounds with gardens and walk trails. Nice onsite restaurant. Overall a great experience and would definitely come back.”

“The staff who greeted us as we checked in were exceptionally kind and helpful. Moreso than any other hotel I’ve stayed at in the last couple years in the US. We had zero issues, breakfast was hot and delicious. Best biscuits I’ve had in a long time. I would return!”

“The room was very clean and comfortable. I liked having a balcony. The smart TV with Netflix, etc., is a plus. The curved door walk-in shower felt roomy. Although the property is dated, it does appear to have been relatively well maintained.”
