“Clean room & excellent amenities”

“Air handler was so loud it was unusable. In fact, you can hear other room’s air handlers from your room. Was put in a room above the outdoor bar seating and had to deal with so-called grownups drinking and being loud into the early morning hours. You can literally hear every noise in your room as if the walls were paper thin. 2 of the 3 mornings there was no hot water for showers and the breakfast was less than average at best. “The hotel has really gone downhill. We had to move to 4 different rooms: 1st room had mouse droppings all in the pull out bed, 2nd room had mold everywhere, 3rd room the toilet was flooding the bathroom and the 4th room had fleas in the bed. We were supposed to stay another day but checked out early. We were refused a refund even with all the issues and room changes. Will never stay here again.”

“I felt so cheated. We flew in and arrived at the hotel past 9pm, first night of our vacation. The room assigned to us is right in the lobby! The clerk pointed out to me from behind the check-in counter. I requested a quiet room and told it was the only one left! We had no choice. And we were awakened by conversation at 130am, and 3 more times till 3am. We were so tired to get up till 3am. “One of the beds felt like it was broken. Odd smell in the room. Wouldn’t stay there again.”

“We were double charged for our room initially, which they finally refunded. However, the room we stayed in cost quite a bit for it to have bugs flying around in it, dirty curtains and light fixtures hanging out of the ceiling.”
