“It is a beautiful and relaxing place and with historical importance. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is a bit expensive but then it is very big. If you have big appetite maybe it is worth it.”

“Valentino’s is an absolute gem! Fabulous staff who were friendly and super courteous. The rooms are thoughtfully furnished, very clean and with quality toiletries. We ate here too, it was no problem to set up a table outside for us, the food was fantastic! Breakfast too did not disappoint with amazing polite service and Italian food to die for! Will definitely find an excuse to go back to Ripon so that I can stay here again!! ”

“Location was good in between Knaresborough and Ripon . Quiet even though on main road . Double room was good, staff polite , friendly and professional . Parking free when staying at inn. Had evening meal and breakfast both good standard. ”

“Very quirky pub with a fantastic horse theme. The rooms were fabulous and very comfortable. They had thought of everything in the rooms and also had Dolce Gusto coffee. Then curly wurly was a great idea instead of biscuits in the room. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. Cannot fault the service we received at the bar or in the restaurant and the food was amazing. ”

“I had an excellent stay at The Northallerton Inn. The check-in process was quick and seamless, and I was warmly welcomed by the staff. The entire property was spotlessly clean and the upgraded room was huge with a very comfortable bed and a pristine bathroom. Parking was easy at the rear of the hotel. The overall experience great. I would not hesitate to return or recommend it to others.”
