“Laundry room did not work it took us 3 hours to dry our clothes, would’ve been better to walk to a coin laundry which only took 30 minutes than to waste the hours that we could’ve been exploring shinjuku. Rooms are small but that was expected. There were a lot of hard water stain in the shower glass that did not come off, disposable slippers would be better, did not trust the ones given to us, who knows if they’ve been clean ”

“Every time I’m in Tokyo, I stay here. It’s convenient, decent for the price, and the staff is extremely friendly/helpful. So why stray away from that? Tip is that I upgrade my room to have more space and I blast the AC depending on the time of year I visit. I will always come back to this place. Looooooove it! ”

“Everything has been perfect. Two negative issues, for me do not comply with the standard of this hotel category level: the outdoor swimming pool has to be booked and payed separately; When the taxi service is fully booked, the staff didn't react proactively trying to solve the issue.”
