“Kay was an absolutely wonderful host!
With the Floris Storm on its way, she kindly welcomed us into her home early in the morning, offering warmth and comfort from the very first moment. Her kindness made us feel as though we were visiting an old friend rather than checking into accommodation.
The lounge, filled with dozens of games, became a magical playground for our children, keeping them happy and entertained while we relaxed.

“The bedroom and bathroom were excellent size and nicely decorated. The breakfast was excellent and the host very attentive to guests. The location was ideal to local beaches and Inverness and had a great town with excellent restaurants and shops.”

“Very nice place and people running it. We had a spacious and spotless room on the topfloor. We had dinner at the hotel, fish & chips, some chicken and a tasty chantarelle sandwich, all very tasty. We can also recommend the desserts.
The village was small, sleepy but nice to stroll around. Some pubs and restaurants, we didn’t try them. A Coop and some small nice shops, we visited a fishing-shop at High street with a service-minded owner. There is a museum but we didn’t visit it.”

“Very good hotel. Clean, confortable and in the center of Inverness in less then one minute walking you arrive on the mai street or in three minutes on the riverside. Perfect hotel for business man. They have a pub open at late evening and night full of good poeple at the entrance very relaxing after workday.”
“Beautiful hotel. The hotel is clean and comfortable. Perfect to visit Inverness, you reach it easily from Stirling/Edinburgh. The owner is really kind, she helped us a lot. There's an Italian restaurant there, I didn't try it but by looking at the menu, I'm sure it is amazing.”
“Very highly recommended. The hotel has had a spruce up since I was last here and she's looking lovely. Very comfy beds and powerful shower with nice products. Great spa. Food and cocktails both delicious. Everyone super friendly and helpful. With local people coming in to use the pool or have a drink at the bar, it feels like part of the town as well rather than just a tourist enclave. We will be back. ”

"Esperienza negativa. La stanza che ci hanno assegnato era nel sottotetto ed esposta al sole.
Risultato, un caldo asfissiante (abbiamo misurato circa 30°!) senza condizionatore (non presente) o finestra decente (si apriva così poco che il ricircolo aria era zero).
Ci siamo lamentati e la risposta è stata che purtroppo la giornata era stata piuttosto calda. Ok, ci sta', ma se la stanza ha questi problemi, e credo lo avessero tutte quelle sottotetto, vi attrezzate e mettete un condizionatore!!
Il bagno inoltre aveva un piccolo lavamani al posto del lavabo.
Unici aspetti positivi la presenza di un parcheggio gratuito nel cortile interno, zona tranquilla, posizione abbastanza vicino al centro, 5-10 minuti circa a piedi.

"Esperienza positiva, gentilissimi alla reception, mi hanno aiutato a risolvere alcuni problemi pratici ma più complessi per le difficoltà di lingua. La colazione piuttosto ricca ma i camerieri un po' troppo rapidi nello sparecchiare. Comunque tutto bene! La struttura è favolosa e l' atmosfera è piacevole."
