“Our apartment was perfect: very clean inside, two bathrooms, everything worked perfect, beds very comfortable, inside the ancient walls and easy to get to everything. The only minor issues were first entering the steps up were dirty and then the door lock was fussy. But then walking in was perfect and I have no problem giving 5 stars.”

Check-in happens at a coffee shop outside Ploce Gate, so be prepared to walk 8 mins to the hotel. Fairly easy walk, but cobbled streets. Inside, the property, rooms and decorations are immaculate and beautiful. No elevator, so a fair bit of stair climbing. “Great location in Old Town. Clean and spacious room, nice amenities, comfortable bed. Replenished our coffee, and other sundries, with clean towels daily. We were able to store our luggage upon an early arrival before check in, and they assisted with carrying it up the steep flights of stairs (the only drawback, but we discovered you can't get away frrom that in Croatia!)”

“Only downside is bathroom has glass walls that you can pull drapes for privacy but sadly no ceiling. If you need privacy to do your business it might not be the best choice. Other than that it is a great space up several flights of stairs.”
