The hotel made us feel comfortable all the time. Whenever we asked for something they would help is right away with a smile. The workers were polite and helpful.

Breakfast was also fine and you just had to ask for omelets or other things and you got it. Never empty plates, so you didn't have to ask them to fill up. We appreciate that. This is not a super luxery hotel, if you are looking for that. More "home cosy".”

“Requested a refund after my flight was cancelled. They couldn’t do it. Not their fault though, that was on my airline company. Staff replied really fast to my concerns. Hopefully I get to visit them for sure next time”

“It's a good value for money business hotel. Rooms are small but everything is in order. The hotel is next to the beautiful Al Hamra building and shopping centre which can offer plenty of good restaurants (and a cinema!). I will definitely come back here for my next business trip to Kuwait”

“Everything was absolutely great. We came from Turkey as a group of three friends and were very satisfied with our stay. The manager was very attentive and helpful. “Fick ett trevligt och hjälpsamt bemötande när jag kom till hotellet, rummet var välstädat och det finns bra frukost och kunde beställa en bra omelett. Det som var lite trist var lite långt ifrån mycket. Men det var lätt att få taxi.”

"Hello,
We stayed 2 night, the room, breakfast, clealiness were all good. At the check out, we were late and requested 30 more minutes to pack up and get ready (soon after breafast). The late working (june 15th at 11am) said they could not provide late check out. We insisted we just needed a few more minutes, so in a very rude manner she pushed back saying we were placing her in a bad spot, she was not the owner and those were her instructions. By this time, our nerves were hot. We aked what happen if we went over the check out time, to which the lady kept being rude. At the end the bitter taste of this experience will make leave the stablishment and want to recomend this hotel. The front desk lady was not prepared to acomodate, have a simple talk or be kind. This lack of preparation is not acceptable to a 4 star hotel. If management gets to see this review, there are a number of alternative responses to being rude, even when the client has to be informed they should leave as soon as posible. Like, our policy is check out at 11, please do your best to leave as soon as you pack. Or, if you extend XX min, we will be forced to apply a surcharge.
Nothing like this was offered, just "we cannot" do it.
The end of story is that we checked out at 11.12 and nothing happened, besides the bad taste of speaking again to an unpolite and not very clever front desk "professional". "
