“Stanze molto piccole ma pulite e dotate di tutto, bisogna un po’ adattarsi alle dimensioni, ma c’è un buon rapporto qualità prezzo per essere a Londra. Zona molto tranquilla e sicura. Personale molto gentile, ci fornivano acqua gratuitamente e la colazione era un po’ basica ma abbastanza buona. Nel complesso lo consiglierei per un breve soggiorno. ”

“The service in this hotel was very friendly but the overwhelming smell of sandalwood incense everywhere was irritating and cleaning standards were not exactly first world. There was food stuck to the table in my room. They only empty the trash or make the bed if you've been there for more than seven days. After five days the trash starts to pile up. So it didn't exactly feel like a four-star hotel. ”

“Our apartment was wonderful with all the amenities you could need, and the building was safe, well lit, and clean with 24-hour front desk attendant and key cards to get into the building and between sections. It was nice to return to a safe quiet neighborhood at night, though if you're sightseeing it's a bit of a back and forth to get to the sights. The staff was so helpful and took care of everything we could need on our visit. Would definitely stay again.”

“Bellissimo soggiorno in questa struttura. Personale cordiale e sempre molto disponibile. Camere pulite. Wifi sempre veloce e stabile. A pochi metri dall'hotel c'è un supermarket molto ben fornito. Colazione molto ricca anche per persone celiache. Mia figlia è allergica al glutine con reazioni molto forti ma devo dire che nei 4 giorni ,con colazione inclusa , è stata sempre benissimo, uno dei pochi posti dove non viene contaminata con il glutine.Un grazie di cuore a tutto il personale. ”

“the worst room in all my trips. Paid not refundable for 3 nights. After thr first night We booked another hotel and left. should not be allowed to have rooms so small like that. the bed was not big enough for a couple. the bathroom was like 1 meter from the pillow and the door did not close completely. to use the toilet the other guest had to leave the room to give some privacy.”
