“The pool was very dated and looked dirty. The water slide did not have any water flowing through it making it difficult for kids to get down. Everything needs a deep cleaning including the shower in the room. There wasn’t much to choose from in the breakfast. Definitely not worth the money it costs.”

“This is the kind of hotel one always wants to stay in. The location was perfect. It was easy to find and conveniently located for exploring downtown, walking to the bridge and hitting the highway for day trips. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. “This is the only hotel that I have stayed at in the last 10 years that took the time to call your room about 15 minutes after check in to see if everything was good and if you needed help with anything. As it was, the TV was being a bit difficult and went into a software update that we didn't know what to do with. A gentleman came up immediately and waited til it was all done and installed it for us. While waiting, he gave great tips for places to go, where they were and restaurants. Couldn't...

“Like the old saying goes, "you get what you paid for", and this was the case here. Pros: Room was clean, liked the addition of the small kitchenette area, liked the motel entrance rather than being up several floors in a hotel and fridge and freezer were larger than normal. Cons: beds were terribly uncomfortable, couldn't get air conditioning to work, crank window broken and not usable, only 1 pkg of coffee, kleenex box with perhaps 3 tissues in it, no vending, ATM or ice machine on site. ...

“Staff is amazing from check in to check out. We’re from Montana USA but this hotel gave us 5star rating. If i’m still off tomorrow we could’ve stayed another night. This would be our number 1 hotel now in Lethbridge”

“The staff was very helpful. They were able to place us in a room that according to the hotel front desk person has never had an animal in that room. My husband has bad allergies to animals. The room was nice and clean. The breakfast area was clean and the food was good and organized. The employee at breakfast took care to assist people and keep all the food containers full and clean. We did not use the pool/hot tub but the pool looked very nice. Thank you.”

“This was not a comfortable place to stay. It felt old and uncared for, and they only had a thin wool blanket on the bed, and three small pillows (1/2 size) for 2 people. Staff were friendly and customer service was good.”
