“This is the kind of hotel one always wants to stay in. The location was perfect. It was easy to find and conveniently located for exploring downtown, walking to the bridge and hitting the highway for day trips. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. We knew there were other guests but, once we were in our room, we didn't hear a sound from the outside world. The pool, slide and hot tub were great to have access to. “The room was great! The breakfast was so so...there was no OJ, the muffins could be improved, offer bagels too :) At 1am we heard people screaming out in the hall, talking loudly...we were on the 4th floor... definitely not your fault but thought I'd mention it.”

“The hotel was convenient, had what we needed for a quick stay and staff was very friendly. The beds and room were good. The bathroom was dated and could use some upkeep. The air conditioner didn’t work so thankfully the window was able to open! Staff were informed about the air conditioner.”

“The staff was very helpful. They were able to place us in a room that according to the hotel front desk person has never had an animal in that room. My husband has bad allergies to animals. The room was nice and clean. The breakfast area was clean and the food was good and organized. The employee at breakfast took care to assist people and keep all the food containers full and clean. We did not use the pool/hot tub but the pool looked very nice. Thank you.”

“Like the old saying goes, "you get what you paid for", and this was the case here. Pros: Room was clean, liked the addition of the small kitchenette area, liked the motel entrance rather than being up several floors in a hotel and fridge and freezer were larger than normal. Cons: beds were terribly uncomfortable, couldn't get air conditioning to work, crank window broken and not usable, only 1 pkg of coffee, kleenex box with perhaps 3 tissues in it, no vending, ATM or ice machine on site. ...

“This was not a comfortable place to stay. It felt old and uncared for, and they only had a thin wool blanket on the bed, and three small pillows (1/2 size) for 2 people. Staff were friendly and customer service was good.”

“Staff is amazing from check in to check out. We’re from Montana USA but this hotel gave us 5star rating. If i’m still off tomorrow we could’ve stayed another night. This would be our number 1 hotel now in Lethbridge”
