“nice hotel and clean good for family and frn we spend 3 nights it was so comfortable and friendly we will come again”

“Customer service was good however the room needs ALOT OF ATTENTION the tiles in the room are literally coming up and when you walk on them you almost fall and trip over them. Felt dirty water pressure was very weak. We have been there once before and room was ok but this time just felt dirty the elevator literally took 10 minutes to come down. Coffee was so weak. Breakfast was great.”

“There was a deadbolt, but no latch lock on the door. We had to call down to the front desk to get hot water and there was no extra roll of toilet paper when ours was almost out. We checked at the front desk and she said "you want me to do this?" We ended up buying a roll at a local store, but did get one from the maid service later. Breakfast was limited, but ok.”

“We enjoyed the complementary 3 cocktails and food after checking in. They had a very good pasta with grilled chicken plus green salad, steamed vegetables, and soft drinks. The lady working their bar was so nice to all her clients as was the staff refilling food stations and cleaning the table. Even the manager was checking with all the guests at check in and in the dining area. Breakfast was equallt good. Rooms were clean & quiet. Landscape and outside seating was exceptional. Overall...

“Very clean room. My daughters were impressed by the welcome message on the TV screen. Clean and well maintained. Gym was comfortably air conditioned and equipment was working. We had some issues with the internet, but otherwise a great experience!”

“Pros- The lobby was immaculate and the guest services were awesome. Decent bar selection if you want a night cap. Friendly guest services helped out as much as possible. Cons- super thin walls, you will hear all thumps and bumps through the night. Including outside traffic with it being as close kings island. Room still had a couch full of crumbs on sofa so made us weary of cleaning tactics. Decent hotel, but would recommend one a bit further honestly”

“One night stay with family. Rooms were very clean and quiet even though they are doing construction. Called for help with tv and staff came right up and fixed it. Overall very pleasant and economically priced would stay again”

“My 1st booking at a neighboring hotel was horrible, never made it past the front lobby, didn’t check in, and didn’t receive refund upon cancellation. Comfort Inn and Suites had an immediate booking. Upon arrival, greeted by friendly staff and check-in was quick! Which was extremely helpful since we had a softball tournament to get too! Room and bathroom clean, stocked, and cool on arrival. “We did not have a good experience at this hotel as far as customer service goes. The desk person didn't know what he was doing and we got double charged for the hotel. no on could help us the next morning and it took several calls for the situation to be fixed. I don't recommend this hotel for that reason.”

“Staff was helpful, room was your typical one bedroom motel room, but the walls had water stains all over it. Sorta creepy”

“I got a glass of water front the bar in the hotel and when the ice melted there was a worm (no kidding) at the bottom of the glass. When I showed the staff, they were great and apologized profusely. They said please give us another chance and we will comp you dinner and drinks on us, which was nice but when I showed up for dinner that night the restaurant was closed Ridiculous. They comped me things fron the market but I had to take an uber and pay for dinner. Not ok. The staff means well...

“The location was very close to Kings Island. The breakfast in the morning had a nice selection. The staff was helpful. We had to have our room moved twice upon check in due to dirty conditions of the rooms given to us, which was disappointing. The staff was accommodating, but we will likely not stay again.”
