Initially, at check in, I was given a room that was occupied. After I returned to the front desk to report that, I was then given a room smaller than what I had booked. When I asked the reason, I was informed rudely and firmly that this is what I get because they are fully booked. The unapologetic and rude behavior is what bothers me the most. I can understand mistakes happen but, please, at least be nice to your guests.
