“The best part of this property is the staff. However, we won't ever stay here again unless it's mid-week because of the proximity to the outlet mall as well as the Flea Market. The hotel was packed. The pool is tiny just in case you might want to use it. We didn't. Also, the pool is right by the elevator and the floor stayed wet. There were lots of loud preteens running around. “This property was clean and the room was accommodating for families with multiple kids. Breakfast was somewhat limited but fine for us. The issues experienced in the room included outlets not working. We had 9 devices to charge after busy days and we struggled to have them fully charged for the next day. Also the temperature in the room was difficult to manage. The air blew constantly even when turning up the temperature. The fridge was minimally used but when we put stuff in, it would not make...

“The room was clean. Staff was fine. Our tub held water and did not drain properly. The usb plugs next to the beds did not work. There was a loud group staying on the floor above us, and there was stomping and yelling and kids knocking on our door and running down the halls well after 11pm. We usually stay here when visiting family, but this is the last time we will stay here. It has gone downhill recently.”
