“Stanza perfetta. Posizione dell’hotel molto interessante avendo molti ristoranti attorno, cinema e centro commerciale tutto a in pochi minuti a piedi. ”

“Room was clean bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. The pool area was nice. Exercise room was spacious with good equipment. There were no wipes for the equipment that would be helpful for the future”

“There is nothing better, nothing easier than heading out in the morning on a full stomach after a satisfying and healthy breakfast. No need to call for room service or to pay extra. We would definitely stay here again.”

“Staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which we appreciated. However, the room cleanliness could use improvement. There was visible mold buildup around the shower door/corner area, which made the bathroom feel less clean than expected. Hoping they can address the maintenance issues because the service itself was great.”

“The staff and property were excellent. The pool was still closed for the season and we didn't eat the breakfast so can't comment on that. When we returned from Kings Island, my son opened our room door without a key card. How long our room and personal property was accessible, I don't know. When I went to the front desk, he immediately came with me to our room and reset the lock with a "watch" on his wrist. They have over 90 security cameras on property, but the fact that our room was not...

“Would be best to know about $75 security deposit prior to arriving to hotel; this was a big inconvenience. Also the price just not worth what was given. Towels could’ve been new or gently used, some had staines on it. One of the elevators were non functional but no sign it was just obvious when only one kept going up and down.”

“Breakfast, pool, gym, and hot tub area was clean and maintained. Room was clean. Only 2 complaints, bathroom is so tiny. I stayed with my 2 boys and they are both 6ft, it was a struggle. Also, washer and dryer is available but they don't have quarters at the property or at any gas station/store near. Hopefully they get an ecteronic payment option soon or have quarters available. if your a travel sport parent. The washer and dry is a must.”
