Hotel a Terrace Park

“Pros- The lobby was immaculate and the guest services were awesome. Decent bar selection if you want a night cap. Friendly guest services helped out as much as possible. Cons- super thin walls, you will hear all thumps and bumps through the night. Including outside traffic with it being as close kings island. Room still had a couch full of crumbs on sofa so made us weary of cleaning tactics. Decent hotel, but would recommend one a bit further honestly”

“Not a bad hotel for the price. I would've given it five stars, but I had requested a late checkout in the evening, but that wasn't communicated to the day staff so I had three people banging on my door at 11 AM. Other than that, it was quite pleasant.”

“Very family friendly and affordable with hot breakfast included and 24/7 complimentary coffee. Polite staff and amazing beds! We were vert pleased with this hotel! Badminton Wyndam is going to be our regular home away from home when visiting Kings Island as it is just around the corner!”

“The hotel appeared to be very new ...the decor was fresh and bright and the room was clean and inviting. We were mostly out of the hotel for pleasure, but we can imagine it would be comfortable for a business trip too.”

“La habitación no estaba muy limpia en el microondas avían pelos de perro o algo parecido y la bañera estaba tapada estuve en la 208 y yo pido con cocina y me dieron sin cocina. no uno ruido y los alrededores estaban más o menos limpios está pasable y el precio también estuvo bueno”

“The hotel.was clean, our room was well cleaned. Would stay there again and recommend them. I like how the have pool and fireplace hours for kids and for adults.”

“Staff was helpful, room was your typical one bedroom motel room, but the walls had water stains all over it. Sorta creepy”

“Everything was good except the air conditioner in my room. Terrible when the hot weather is unbearable..”

“Stayed for four nights, didn’t have room service one time. Had to go down to ask for more towels and trash bags. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned and there was urine and hair on the side of the toilet. Shampoo/conditioner/body wash bottles were practically empty.”

“Our king size bed was very comfortable and I’m a bed snob. The shower had good water pressure, that is always appreciated.”

“The air conditioner in our room didn't work very well and it made for a poor night's sleep and the smoke detector was hanging off the wall by its wires. It probably just got loose. I pushed it back in place and it stayed. Wasn't enough towels or washcloths. I didn't rate the amenities because we didn't use them.”
