“The staff was so attentive, friendly and helpful. One of several examples involves early morning coffee. Instead of going to the self service area I found myself at the restaurant. The staff was preparing for the morning guests. When I asked where the coffee bar was, they could have directed me to the location, which would have been fine. Instead, one of them stopped what they were doing. She cheerfully brought me a cup of coffee and cream. That kind act made my morning. There are other...
