“Everything was smooth and orderly. Well staffed. Will stay again. ”

“Condition of the property is well kept. Hot tub is a bonus. Didn’t partake in the morning breakfast. I would consider a return visit. Wish they had showers, almost took a fall getting out of the tub, very slippery.”

“The bathroom needs a serious upgrade. Ours had rust stains around the drain, and the stopper was not in place dirt in the corners. The headboard was old Naga Hyde, fake leather? And it was peeling into the bedsheets at one point I thought it was bugs until I realized what it was. The staff extremely helpful and friendly, lobby, breakfast amenities, or excellent.”

“The property around the hotel was littered with trash. Inside, there were several broken windows around the pool. Behind the center table between the queen beds was filthy! Behind the TV was filthy! There were long black hairs left in several places in the room. The door closures were poor and doors slammed throughout the night. The HVAC unit rattled when running.”

“Room and property was clean. Pool heater was broken and no sign on door letting people know the condition of pool. Water temperature was 66 degrees. Unable to utilize swimming pool. Stayed on second floor, someone had a dog on first floor and you could hear it barking. ”

We went to Cincinnati with another couple for an overnight getaway and everything was great until we got up this morning and went down for breakfast at 7 a.m when breakfast was supposed to start. The breakfast area was not open and the room was dark. The front desk staff acted like they hadn't realized it and noticed that the breakfast staff hadn't reported to work.
