“Pool was crowded it would help to have it open earlier and close later for adults ”

“Rooms need lamps/outlets updated to allow usb plug in. Smart TVs would also be a nice touch. Had a small issue with the room that the GM personally addressed. Dinner was lackluster, but for something that’s free it’s serviceable. Staff an the overall property were both A+ though”

“This was the worst hotel I have stayed at in Mason in all my visits. Extremely overpriced. I paid $180 per night for two nights. Check in was not good. I could barely understand what the front desk guy was saying. The room was very small, dated and musty smelling. There was no USB port in the room! Breakfast sucked. The eggs weren't real. I'm not sure what they were made out of. The English muffin was cold with no way to toast it. I will never stay here again.”

“Do not let the lobby fool you. It’s nothing like the rooms. Good for a quick over night stay. I would not rebook.”

“The property is old, the rooms smell like mildew, and was over priced. I would never stay here ever again.”

“Would have rated this higher except that there were a couple of times that I smelled cigarette smoke near the entrance due to workers smoking right outside the front door (one time I saw the worker, the other time it seemed that way but I didn't see it, just could smell it by the breakfast area). Would suggest not allowing workers to smoke that close to the entrance. I am a big fan of Holiday Inn Express & Suites and probably the main reason is due to how smoke-free they keep their hotels.”

“There were dirty cups in the kitchen and no fire extinguisher. The cable is also horrible if you're staying in the cabin. But staff is very helpful and efficient ”

“Clean rooms and great in-room amenities. Bed was very comfortable and the air/fan setting at night helped with any background noise. One of the nicer places I’ve stayed in Ohio! Will definitely be back.”

“The room was OK, but the bathroom was due for a deep clean. The was something wrong with the entry door to the room; it required a very hard push to open or close. Breakfast bagels stale and those fake eggs are gross! ”

“Leider war unser Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft nicht besonders angenehm. Bereits beim Betreten des Zimmers fiel auf, dass sich viele Tierhaare im Bett befanden, was keinen sehr sauberen Eindruck gemacht hat. Zusätzlich roch es im Badezimmer unangenehm, was den Aufenthalt noch weniger komfortabel machte und insgesamt kein gutes Gefühl hinterlassen hat. Sauberkeit ist für uns ein sehr wichtiger Punkt bei einer Unterkunft, daher war ich von diesem Aufenthalt leider etwas enttäuscht.”
