“The room was very comfortable. The tea/coffee station in the lobby was great. Everything was very clean.”

“Three things-- 1.) The front desk staff consistently greeted and acknowledged me, unlike the two other properties I stayed at this trip. Greeting and acknowledging guests is basic hospitality 101 and, as a former front desk person myself, was glad to see it practiced here. 2.) Readily available luggage carts, again unlike the aforementioned properties. 3.) Found a hair on the toilet set, BUT that is foregiveable given that I discovered a mound of hair and a bug on the shower drain at another...

“This was our first stay at a Residence Inn in the Marriott line and we will definitely be staying again, given the full kitchen, plates, cups, cutlery...in what appeared to be a new property!”

“This property was clean and the room was accommodating for families with multiple kids. Breakfast was somewhat limited but fine for us. The issues experienced in the room included outlets not working. We had 9 devices to charge after busy days and we struggled to have them fully charged for the next day. Also the temperature in the room was difficult to manage. The air blew constantly even when turning up the temperature. The fridge was minimally used but when we put stuff in, it would not make...

“The room was spacious and clean. A wall between both would have made for nicer accommodations. Breakfast was okay. They need to invest in better coffee and make sure it is always hot. The last night was not so great. It seems that a ball team was staying there and they were loud in the hallway until midnight talking, running, and slamming doors. Location felt very safe. “Condition of the property is well kept. Hot tub is a bonus. Didn’t partake in the morning breakfast. I would consider a return visit. Wish they had showers, almost took a fall getting out of the tub, very slippery.”

“Definitely not a 4.2! The room was not very clean. There were several dead bugs (not bed bugs). Candy and food behind the nightstand on the floor. Dust and cobwebs collecting in the corners of the room. Our sheets had a hole in them. Most of the towels we received either had hair stuck in them (gross!) or were threadbare and tattered. All of the staff we interacted with were very friendly, but unfortunately that doesn’t make up for the horrible accommodations! ”
