Hotel a Milford

“The room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was nice, and looked fresh and clean. Everything in the room looked updated. We especially enjoyed having a television in the living room area and in the bedroom . My husband was able to watch his shows while I slept. The kitchen was very clean and there was an icemaker in the fridge, which was very convenient.”

“It was comfortable breakfast included unfortunately the nights we stayed a lot of young kids a very rowdy bunch but they are kids”

“Always appreciate no carpeting in a room. Nothing worse then seeing dirty stained carpets in hallways and rooms of other hotels. Tru by Hilton was clean. They also post information about breakfast, local restaurants and other things of interest on marker boards by the elevators. Location was convenient to shopping and some restaurants. Breakfast was satisfactory with options similar to other hotels. Plenty of well lit parking.”

“Stayed for eight nights and there were no bagels after four days in. The food attendant did feel free to hang around the clerk at the front desk though. The coffee was weak and flavorless. Everything seems worn and in need of repair or refreshing. Tiles in the toilet/shower area were loose. It felt as if I would step wrongly and dislodge them. The front desk clerks were indifferent. I felt lectured.”

“Only issue was the shower. Had a ridiculous lack of water volume/pressure. Not near enough for the variable shower head to even begin to function as it should.”

“Booked two nights from Expedia. On the first night, I was badly bitten by a bed bug. Captured it alive and showed it to the front desk, then switched me to a new room. However, it is too late, and I cannot sleep anymore cause it always feels like there are more bed bugs. Had to cancel the second night and have been waiting for the hotel to deal with it. However, no one has ever contacted me, nor has there been any update on the refund for more than a week.”
