Appartamenti a Ohio sud-occidentale

“If you want cheap this is the place. I definitely didn’t hate it but the bed was definitely not comfortable. It wasn’t what I was looking for but did the job. There was pretty much nothing to do in the immediate area.”

“Free parking is a real win here compared to past stays elsewhere. Plus, good shower pressure makes mornings better!”

“The room was clean and looked just like the listing photos. Really great option and well priced.”

“This property was perfect for my visit to Dayton. Its less than 10 min from the AF museum, there is a wonderful day park less than a mile up the road my dogs loved! And the apartment was the perfect size for a couple traveling with pets. The host was amazing in keeping me updated on weather emergencies and contingencies in case the weather got worse (ie. Tornado shelter areas). Highly recommend this property.”

“This is our second stay in this house, but first time in this apartment. The property is charming, comfortable, and quiet. 10/10”

“Great place to stay! Amazing location! Beautiful house!”

“Small ranch home divided in half with 2 apartments. The area was an older neighborhood with run down homes but had some nice homes. My biggest issue was the bedroom, there was a bed and 2 small wire racks. I had to continue move my suitcase from floor to bed and back. No place to sit you suitcase on, no coat hangers And the bed is very high which I had difficulty getting in. Was just ok for the money , won’t return due just a number of things that made our stay uncomfortable”

“The living room carpet needs to be professionally cleaned or replaced. You could not walk on it barefoot. The sofa was sunk in on one end - you had to put a pillow under it to even sit comfortably. Also, the cot in the living room was shaky and sunken. All four of the kitchen chairs were shaky, one so much so that we had to remove it so no one would sit on it and have it break. The thermostat was set on 68, which was too cold for us. It was programmed, so we could not change the setting. I...

“What a lovely place. The only possible improvement I could suggest is a waste bin in the bathroom. Super quiet, charming and comfy place.”

“Paper thin ceilings and walls. Could hear the neighbors all day and night. Made it hard to sleep. There are lots of cats surrounding the building and on top of any car that parks on the back row. Some man was out sprinkling food along the grass area. Would not stay here again.”

“Weed smell on entire property. Questionable area”

“Nice size and excellent location, walkable to bars, restaurants, and shopping. The lock box on the unit door was a small hassle. a digital lock would be appreciated here. bedside tables and lamps, as well as blackout drapes would make the place truly 5 star. Host was very responsive and helpful. we would stay here again!”

“When we arrived I thought I had made a mistake and booked a place that allowed smoking. It is listed as non smoking but had a smoky smell. Some areas smelled like pee. They do allow pets but I would expect that mopping with a cleaner would remedy that. There were flies in the windows so we bought some fly strips. There is a table with drop leaves and when we folded the leaves does there was food and grime in the cracks which may have contributed to the fly issue. It is listed as accommodating...

“This my second time staying there. Not a bad place at all. Has everything you mostly need around there and easy access to I275… Only thing I didn’t like is I don’t remember them asking for a security deposit when you arrived.”

“I’ll start by saying Laura, the host, was responsive. However, when I arrived, the rental had flies and had not been thoroughly cleaned. I initially tried to make the best of it since I had already paid in full. The next day, I contacted Laura because the Wi-Fi was unreliable for work and shared photos of several maintenance and cleanliness issues. She apologized, offered a 10% refund, and suggested I contact VRBO for a full refund. After reviewing my photos and messages with Laura, VRBO...

“Was a beautiful loft apartment. Spacious and welcoming with many personal touches. A quiet place for us to relax and be refreshed.”

“We had a fantastic time. Everything was perfect. Gorgeous outdoor space for entertaining. So very peaceful. Would like to stay at their barn next time.”
