“Clean rooms, good breakfast ”

“The property was nice, the breakfast foods were stale, no fresh ideas. The English muffins were rock hard, the pancake dispenser was a disaster, the mix was terrible when it did get made - get a new supplier. The yogurts were delicious and the coffee was top notch! ”

“Staff was so lovely and friendly, but our room was so gross and dirty. Walls dirty, sides of desk covered in dark food, couch had smears of food/dirt, huge crumbs all over. I dropped something and had to move the tv a bit…wish I hadn’t. So dirty. Beds were comfortable and very clean feeling though. ”

“The reason why I am giving this hotel a bad rating is because the pool and hot tub were both disgusting and 2 of our kids got skin issues because of it. My one son is covered in sores all over his stomach and some of his back. My other son had both eyes with sores on them that were painful. It was awful! As far as breakfast goes, it was pretty good except the pancake machine was broken. The rooms were pretty clean overall. ”

“There are signs all over that say no parties allowed but each night that we stayed we had people next to us the first night where the kids were screaming and yelling and babies crying and then the second night we had kids next door or upstairs jumping off the bed. So it was like a party every night for everyone else so we got no sleep”

“Pool was closed which was the reason I went for my daughter birthday. They told me go swim at the sister hotel and just come back and sleep here, wasn’t comfortable with that considering the fact it was 20 degrees outside and my kids would get sick. So I paid for nothing because me and my kids went back home once I was informed about the pool. ”

“My room smelt of cigarettes and blankets had lots of burn holes. On the website while booking it states free breakfast which is incorrect. They only offered coffee and orange juice. ”
