“The staff is GREAT. The breakfast was very good. The room was clean. The window had a crack from top to bottom, not dangerous but not good, either. The $3 parking fee seems petty and annoying. Oh, did I mention the terrific staff!”

“This is the 3rd time we have used this hotel only due to its closeness to our location and price. They require a $100 deposit they dont tell you about until you check in. The first time our room was dirty, floors, sink and tub. 2nd time we had rather large roaches in the room. We were assured the previous issues had been rectified so gave them another chance. “Asking front desk if they have coffee and they ask if you are a guest there not my type of customer service ”

“Our room was not what we expected from this Hotel. A used wash cloth was hanging in the shower and the desk chair was rusted and hold torn material. Stink bugs on the shower wall. We got in late after driving 11 hours so we didn’t notice until morning. We left for a funeral for the day so we didn’t want to pack up and change rooms. The Hotel offered to reimburse for one night. Expedia has not been responsive.”

“Pros: Nice large, clean rooms. Nice breakfast, friendly and efficient staff. Cons: The water in the shower never gets truly hot and it takes at least 5 minutes for it to even be warm. The accessible room we booked was only truly accessible once you were inside, there were two heavy swinging doors that you must go through to get the room.”
