After traveling five hours in our vehicle, we arrived at your location around 5:00 PM. To our dismay, our room was not ready. We were traveling with two significantly disabled people. Part of a group called Ainsleys Angels to participate in the triathlon at Cesar Creek State Park. We became clearly invisibly upset as our children were tired, cranky and we just needed a cool place to rest and relax and get ready for our next day. Our check-in staff person named Jennifer was very calm, concerned and caring. She did her best to talk us through the process And genuinely was concerned for our well-being. She stated that she expedited our room being finished as quickly as possible that gave me anxiety, thinking our room was not going to be clean and ready. Jennifer checked in with us several times to ensure us that things were moving forward. She had very calming people skills crouch down to make eye contact as we were sitting and waiting. This meant a lot and helped me to keep calm. A room was ready within 20 minutes , or so and when we arrived to our room, it was beautiful very clean and the air conditioning had been turned on so the room was very cool for us. Our stay was very restful that helped us to be ready for our next very busy 5 AM morning thank you Jennifer!
On another note, the scen that you have in your lobby that seems lto be coming through your heating and cooling system was very strong and unhealthy for myself as well as our children with disabilities to be breathin
