Hotel a Bellbrook

“Patty, who checked us in was very friendly, helpful and efficient. We had a nice room, clean, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was scrambled eggs and pancakes. The morning staff were also friendly. I don’t believe we’ve ever stayed in the same place twice, but I realized we stayed here 2 years ago and had the same experience. We don’t plan ahead as we travel across the country. When we figure out how far we’re going to drive we choose the least expensive stay where the recent ratings are good...

“A very cute remodeled, motel just outside of an adorable town. Everything was clean and we had access to extra towels and coffee. I would've just liked to have had control of my heat. It got rather warm so we were just able to turn on the air. It was very quiet and quaint. I would return.”

“Booked a medically necessary room with roll in shower and it was not avaliable when we arrived. No management available that night or morning or the following day when I called. Filed a case with the hotel chain but have yet to get a response from management. ”

“Horrible “hotel”. We checked in, our keys wouldn’t work, as I walked back to the front desk to attempt to talk to the manager on duty I walked by the laundry room door that was propped open and saw how disgustingly filthy the laundry room was and we left. No one ever came back to the front desk to help me after I stood there for 10 minutes. These reviews on here praising this “hotel” are absolutely false. The entire lobby smelt like old urine. ”

“If you’re looking for a quaint and quiet place to stay, this is it. We needed a place to stay with our small pup and this was a very accommodating and welcoming option. They booked us on the 1st floor close to the door. The town is walkable to two restaurants and two coffee shops. We had to check out early, so the front desk was so kind to offer a breakfast option ready to go before the breakfast bar opened. The common room was very cozy with a fireplace going. “Check in was a nightmare. When we arrived, the person on duty could not log into the computer because her password had expired. We had to wait until she could locate another staff member who needed to be woke up to check us in. We then got assigned to a wrong type of room. We paid extra for a 2 queen bed room and was assigned a king bed room. We got reassigned to another room but discovered upon entering it that it was already occupied by another guest. That was traumatizing for all of us....
