Hotel a Centerville

“Room had a weird smell, AC unit screeched whenever the fan activated, batteries in remote were dead, no body wash in the shower and rooms are a little faded. Staff was really nice and helpful though and breakfast was very good.”

“Pros- The lobby was immaculate and the guest services were awesome. Decent bar selection if you want a night cap. Friendly guest services helped out as much as possible. Cons- super thin walls, you will hear all thumps and bumps through the night. Including outside traffic with it being as close kings island. Room still had a couch full of crumbs on sofa so made us weary of cleaning tactics. Decent hotel, but would recommend one a bit further honestly”

“Excellent location. Beautiful property very very clean. Connected to the arcade which is very bright and well lit. If visiting Downtown Dayton definitely recommend staying here.”

“This was our second stay here. Property and room are clean enough, if somewhat outdated. It’s easy to check in (you get a key code via email) and it’s located close enough to downtown YS that you can walk there if you want.”

“There was a deadbolt, but no latch lock on the door. We had to call down to the front desk to get hot water and there was no extra roll of toilet paper when ours was almost out. We checked at the front desk and she said "you want me to do this?" We ended up buying a roll at a local store, but did get one from the maid service later. Breakfast was limited, but ok.”

“Room was clean but the noise level was loud. Very thin walls I heard both neighbors and people in hallway. Doesn’t make for a good nights sleep. Brandon at the front desk was very nice, answering my questions about local restaurants and he fixed my remote control quickly.”

“NO AIRPORT SHUTTLE!!! False advertising! Had to spend $25 on an Uber. No hairdryer in room! Cracks in the ceiling, the window needs replacing as it is letting in outside temperature. Not recommended!!!!”

“Wi-Fi was strong. Price was fair. Nice they had a room safe that was also easy to operate. We didn't use the pool or exercise facilities. They are in the middle of a remodel and I am sure it will look nicer afterwards, but very tired looking now. The room felt damp (too high humidity) even with the air conditioner running. The breakfast staff was very efficient and friendly and kept everything well-stocked. Would appreciate more variety in the hot portion of the breakfast. We stayed for 5 nights...

“We have stayed at this property before and sadly over the past couple of years the quality of service and the condition of the property have gone downhill. It took us almost an hour to check-in to our rooms and we were a little disturbed that the side door was unlocked all day and at night. No key card was needed to access that door. I am unsure we will chose to stay again.”

“Definitely not a great stay! There was a hole patched in our room that wasn't painted not really clean. Couldn't use pool due to a baseball team. Breakfast was your usual nothing great. Coffee all day was probably the best!”
