“First time trying a Drury Inn. Very friendly staff, was nice to have the supper and drink option, only hotel I know that does that. Was happy with our room- clean and spacious. Would go back.”

“Staff was so lovely and friendly, but our room was so gross and dirty. Walls dirty, sides of desk covered in dark food, couch had smears of food/dirt, huge crumbs all over. I dropped something and had to move the tv a bit…wish I hadn’t. So dirty. Beds were comfortable and very clean feeling though. ”

“The heat didn’t start getting warm until the next morning we checked in at 8pm and then when time to check out the 3rd shift worker left before the 1st worker got in. So I had to double back to get my deposit. We waited for about 30 mins with no employee on site. I live out of town had a appoint appointment so for me to have to double back was very inconvenient. ”

“Friendly staff. Easy, and fast check in. Beyond that, it's a good thing the hotel is getting remodeled. It's seen better days. Hopefully it is more than paint and carpet......there are moisture issues from lack of bathroom ventilation and perhaps prior leaky pipes. The HVAC unit needs a through cleaning to remove the mildew smell”

“I books 2 rooms and paid up front to express. but Expedia only booked 1 room for me. And I had to book another room at much higher price at my own cost when arrival. Complained case to one of the agent. Only refund the 1 room at lower price. The agent do not even offer or ask what is my cost due to Expedia mistake. This is totally unacceptable.
