“Friendly staff. Easy, and fast check in. Beyond that, it's a good thing the hotel is getting remodeled. It's seen better days. Hopefully it is more than paint and carpet......there are moisture issues from lack of bathroom ventilation and perhaps prior leaky pipes. The HVAC unit needs a through cleaning to remove the mildew smell”

“The condition of the property was unacceptable, and we chose not to stay as a result. Despite this, our request for a refund was denied at the time, although we were told a refund for the second night might be considered. Unfortunately, we have not received any follow-up communication. Additionally, the property did not match the images ներկայաց when the reservation was made, which was very disappointing. “Great clean hotel in wonderful location. Close to highway, restaurants and groceries.”

“The heat didn’t start getting warm until the next morning we checked in at 8pm and then when time to check out the 3rd shift worker left before the 1st worker got in. So I had to double back to get my deposit. We waited for about 30 mins with no employee on site. I live out of town had a appoint appointment so for me to have to double back was very inconvenient. ”

The front desk clerk immediately looked at our reservation and said our room wasn't ready. When asked when it might be ready, and she stated that the check in time is 3:00pm. We waited in the lobby. Two other couples came in right after us and their room was ready and were allowed to check in. At 3:05p I again asked if our room was ready, and we were...

“My room smelt of cigarettes and blankets had lots of burn holes. On the website while booking it states free breakfast which is incorrect. They only offered coffee and orange juice. ”
