“Yes the breakfast was great Dinner was great last night. Staff was very friendly and polite The room was clean beside behind the 2 end tables on the floor . Other wise than that , it was great. And the hot tub felt great on mine and my wife's body. Thank you & God Bless ”

“The room was clean. Staff was fine. Our tub held water and did not drain properly. The usb plugs next to the beds did not work. There was a loud group staying on the floor above us, and there was stomping and yelling and kids knocking on our door and running down the halls well after 11pm. We usually stay here when visiting family, but this is the last time we will stay here. It has gone downhill recently.”

“The hotel and staff was very nice and in a safe area. My only issue was that the beds and pillows weren’t comfortable for me. Too firm and hard to sleep on. ”

“The warming cabinet did not keep the food warm. The pool was closed for maintenance. ”

“We had hair behind the door in the bathroom. Then when we pulled back the blankets of our bed there was a wad of hair, hole in the sheet and something dried on the flat sheet. When my husband took a shower his towel had a large worn hole in it. At check in i was informed that the $60 deposit per room was cash only”

“Worn out linen very old , dirty blanket ,old uncomfortable matress ,chair riped off leather , no staff electronic check in over screen .Never stay again ”

“The heat didn’t start getting warm until the next morning we checked in at 8pm and then when time to check out the 3rd shift worker left before the 1st worker got in. So I had to double back to get my deposit. We waited for about 30 mins with no employee on site. I live out of town had a appoint appointment so for me to have to double back was very inconvenient. ”

“I had a good stay at Extended Stay America. The room was simple but very clean, and the hotel was very pet friendly. The pet fee was also very reasonable. A nice, easy place to stay.”

“The staff and hotel itself was amazing. Let me start by saying the room was beautiful and clean. A lot of room and the staff was friendly. Breakfast was really good. I can not complain about anything. My boys, husband and I love it. ”

“My room smelt of cigarettes and blankets had lots of burn holes. On the website while booking it states free breakfast which is incorrect. They only offered coffee and orange juice. ”

“The best part of this property is the staff. However, we won't ever stay here again unless it's mid-week because of the proximity to the outlet mall as well as the Flea Market. The hotel was packed. The pool is tiny just in case you might want to use it. We didn't. Also, the pool is right by the elevator and the floor stayed wet. There were lots of loud preteens running around. We are seniors and will choose a bit pricier property next time and maybe it will be quieter. The floor tiles...
