“Very nice hotel with top notch staff. There was a false fire alarm during our stay. The staff on shift did an excellent job of handling the situation keeping customers calm and informed and clearing it as soon as possible. This was my second time staying at this hotel for a business trip, I will be back in a couple of weeks for another business trip and will not stay anywhere but here. Highly recommend.”

“Definitely not a great stay! There was a hole patched in our room that wasn't painted not really clean. Couldn't use pool due to a baseball team. Breakfast was your usual nothing great. Coffee all day was probably the best!”

“My 1st booking at a neighboring hotel was horrible, never made it past the front lobby, didn’t check in, and didn’t receive refund upon cancellation. Comfort Inn and Suites had an immediate booking. Upon arrival, greeted by friendly staff and check-in was quick! Which was extremely helpful since we had a softball tournament to get too! Room and bathroom clean, stocked, and cool on arrival. Pool was small but clean with nice pool smell, towels came as soon as staff were alerted they were...

“I booked this trip through Expedia and paid for it beforehand. The hotel ended up triple charging me the deposit (which I ended up getting back.) But they also charged me for the stay as well. Ive emailed and submitted screenshots of the double payments, bank statements, etc, and still have not gotten my refund. This was in April, and its now end of June. Will never stay here again. Be weary booking this place through Expedia. First time Ive ever had this issue, so Im thankful. But still...

“Very clean room. My daughters were impressed by the welcome message on the TV screen. Clean and well maintained. Gym was comfortably air conditioned and equipment was working. We had some issues with the internet, but otherwise a great experience!”
