“This is a hotel that needs some updates. The drain in the bathtub was very slow. The faucet had to be in a perfect position or would drip. The carpet was well worn and the walls had ripped wallpaper and the woodwork was well worn. The hallway had a strange odor. Breakfast was not a typical Choice hotel breakfast. There were very few choices and like many hotels if you are diabetic your choices are almost nil. At least they recognize they are not a 5 star hotel. On the back of every hotel...

“The room was clean. The staff were nice. Parking was convenient to my room. The air cooled the room. The beds were comfortable. It worked out good for our trip.”

“Great stay. I have never experienced such hospitality by all staff at a hotel in the US before. Everyone working there genuinely seemed happy and enjoyed their job. This by far exceeded my expectations. Hotel was clean and well maintained and would definitely stay here again.”

“Worst hotel experience ive ever had. I was greeted by a guy on a kiosk screen. It was a red roof and i booked in advance without cancellation protection as there were not many options and the price was right and the reviews were not terrible. Oops. A sign outside the hotel said “new rooms” 😂 new grey vinyl planking a few years ago. The property was dirty. The stairs and upstairs hallway was too. There is no elevator. My room had filthy sheets, worn and stained from the laundry. Deep cleaning...

“The heat didn’t start getting warm until the next morning we checked in at 8pm and then when time to check out the 3rd shift worker left before the 1st worker got in. So I had to double back to get my deposit. We waited for about 30 mins with no employee on site. I live out of town had a appoint appointment so for me to have to double back was very inconvenient. ”

“While the hotel is recently renovated, it still isn’t great. Many of the doors had lock issues - we spoke with several people who experienced key & lock issues during their stay. We experienced it 3 times. The pool is still under renovations, which was disappointing for the kids. But, when I looked back, I didn’t see the pool advertised which made me feel a little better. “ Motel was very run down, door was open when we arrived and the heater did not work. It was 20 degrees outside and the room was very cold. When we asked for help, the staff implied that we broke the heater by simply trying to turn it on. Said to give it some time because I pushed too many buttons (on, high, heat were pushed). “Didnt get a hottub ”

“I wasn't expecting something fancy for the price I paid but these premises need a lot of maintenance, I would have slept there if there was no humidity but the smell of it was unbearable even tho we swapped room 3 times .. I think this was my only time here .”
