“Clean”

“The bed was very comfortable and it had both a sheet and lightweight comforter which was perfect. We could control the temperature in the room and it worked great. And my husband loved the coffee The room was large and we enjoyed our stay.”

“It's a nice play to stay. Close to a lot of retail stores and restaurants. The breakfast and cocktail hour is the cherry on top. If I had to complain, it would be that when there's a kid's sporting event, the kids take over the hotel and the pool area. Overall I enjoyed my stay.”

“I highly recommend this place. The rooms are incredible. Full fridge/freezer. Sink, kitchen area. Great bathrooms. Comfortable bed. The breakfast was incredible. ”

“Clean and friendly”

“Love the area. Hotel is nice and clean. Second time staying there and had the same issue as the first time. Exhaust fan didn't work in the bathroom. Shower head leaked and the spout was really loose. Room was not ready at check in & was told they'd call, but they did not. Expected better from Hilton.”

“We always stay at this hotel while visiting family in Dayton. Staff is always friendly, the hotel is clean, only downfall is the last 2 visits the pool has been closed both times so the kids were disappointed. Other than that it’s always been a great experiences”

“Breakfast was hot and fresh. Rooms was clean .( we do UV light test / air quality tests ) both came back acceptable. Sheets and bedding was clean, no crazy stains. Friendly staff. Close parking. Nice decor . Over all and for the price I’d personally give 5/5 for our stay”

“I booked this trip through Expedia and paid for it beforehand. The hotel ended up triple charging me the deposit (which I ended up getting back.) But they also charged me for the stay as well. Ive emailed and submitted screenshots of the double payments, bank statements, etc, and still have not gotten my refund. This was in April, and its now end of June. Will never stay here again. Be weary booking this place through Expedia. First time Ive ever had this issue, so Im thankful. But still...

“Staff was very helpful and easy parking.”

“The room was very clean. The workers were very pleasant, but they put us in room 129 which is the last room right beside of the back exit and everybody has to go out the back. Exit to smoke because it’s a non-smoking establishment. So all night long whether someone coming or going or smoking or whatever every time that door opened I heard it. I am a very light sleeper and I did not get any sleep. The back of the building smoking area was like a revolving door that never stopped.”

“This place is a nightmare. It is extremely filthy mold growing on the ceilings and corners. Rooms smelled very bad. Bedspread had large cigarette burn. Rooms were filthy in the breakfast area was bare and filthy.”

“Refused to stay at the property after checking. Checkin is a virtual assistant machine, the actual check in desk is behind bullet proof glass and not attended. Completed checking and the drove around the parking lot to park and go in. Parking lot was full of broken down and appeared to be abondend cars and old rvs. Went upto our room, toilet seat was broken off, not the room I had booked on line as it was to have a jetted tub. Seat cover chair in the room was cracked open. Bed spread was stained...

“nice place to stay”

“Stay 5 days. Breakfast wasnt that great. Had to ask every day to have room cleaned and/or sheets changed. Bathroom not that clean. Tub was slimy on bottom when taking shower. Had to wear flip flops to take a shower. This was first time staying at a Holiday Inn and it will be my LAST. Would not recommend especially this location.”

“One night stay with family. Rooms were very clean and quiet even though they are doing construction. Called for help with tv and staff came right up and fixed it. Overall very pleasant and economically priced would stay again”

“It was ok. Definitely an older property that may be due for updates. Noticeable carpet stain, broken lamp shade, and just looked older.”
