“Great hotel directly off the highway for easy departure. Staff was most helpful and the breakfast was top notch.”

“Never saw any staff at all during 4 day stay. My friend arrived early and got both separate room keys. I was able to walk right into the room area without seeing anyone. Exterior doors were open and unable to be secured. Anybody could walk in. Room was clean but old and worn. No desk chair, no handles on closet, just nails. No microwave. “Our room was not what we expected from this Hotel. A used wash cloth was hanging in the shower and the desk chair was rusted and hold torn material. Stink bugs on the shower wall. We got in late after driving 11 hours so we didn’t notice until morning. We left for a funeral for the day so we didn’t want to pack up and change rooms. The Hotel offered to reimburse for one night. Expedia has not been responsive.”

“Very clean, modern hotel with a good breakfast”

“There was a shelf behind the toilet that prevented the toilet seat from staying up. Air conditioner was about 30 years old and made loud grinding sounds when starting up. Grinding sounds would go away after a few minutes, but it was loud during normal operation. Comforter had what appeared to be dried blood on it. On the plus side, staff was nice and the room actually had a paper channel guide to tell what the channels were.”

“This was obviously a very nice, or let’s say above average property when built. However, for a variety of reasons, this hotel is beginning to deteriorate in numerous ways. For my money if I were in this town again I would look for a better option. In Expedia we were told the breakfast was highly rated, we disagree. It’s an average to slightly below average offering.
