Hotel a West Carrollton

“Need a smoking area and you need more places to sit around the property then it would be perfect!!”

“Breakfast was ok. The rooms were clean. The facility was under renovation so this could be the reason for some issues. The pool had small towels, bring your own.”

“Awful experience. Appeared to be people that were living in this hotel. Could smell marijuana smoke from the rooms adjacent. Viewed a creepy crawly pest in bathroom. Air conditioner was as loud as a lawn mower. We checked in, but did not stay overnight in the room - went to a different hotel.”

“I booked this trip through Expedia and paid for it beforehand. The hotel ended up triple charging me the deposit (which I ended up getting back.) But they also charged me for the stay as well. Ive emailed and submitted screenshots of the double payments, bank statements, etc, and still have not gotten my refund. This was in April, and its now end of June. Will never stay here again. Be weary booking this place through Expedia. First time Ive ever had this issue, so Im thankful. But still...

I guess I was on vacation as I didn't make the bed the entire week. They stated about going GREEN but there was no where to hang wet towels. “There was a deadbolt, but no latch lock on the door. We had to call down to the front desk to get hot water and there was no extra roll of toilet paper when ours was almost out. We checked at the front desk and she said "you want me to do this?" We ended up buying a roll at a local store, but did get one from the maid service later. Breakfast was limited, but ok.”

“The staff was friendly and helpful, but the room was less than amazing. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling, and the sink handles were loose and hard to turn off. If you turned it too far, the water would turn back on. It was a good location.”
