“We arrived with no water for the first night and next morning. On the second night we did not have water until after 7:00 p.m. and then no hot water. Out of 3 night stay we had hot water for only one night. No refund was offered or given because 'we booked through Expedia'.”

“No smoke detector carpet shredded place smelled it was disgusting. Somehow they up charged the rooms to almost $300 a night which I had to pay as we were out of town for a wedding and there is nothing else in the area. Place is a dump wish I could get my money back”

“The breakfast had nothing healthy except oatmeal. The room had empty shower gel and soap containers. I always check for bed bugs. When I removed the sheets I discovered a very very large Urine stain on the mattress . I paid $550 for this 2 night stay.”

“It is an older property and the hallways smelled musty from the carpet. There was no free coffee although the front desk attendant gave me a $10 voucher to cover a "fancy coffee" from Starbucks at The Bistro. The toilet was slow running which was inconvenient (I had to stand and hold down the handle for flush toilet paper). I reported it when I checked out so hopefully it will be fixed. The staff was excellent. They were friendly, attentive, and called me "Ma'am". It was very convenient to the...

“Never seemed to be anyone at the front desk. Breakfast wasn't all that great. Goose poop all over the parking lot and sidewalks. Noise between rooms that have a connecting door. Paint pealing off of the repainted bathroom tub. Housekeeping did a very good job. Good location. Air-conditioner units very good.”

“The staff was friendly and the room was very clean. I stayed in an accessible room and there was a shower chair which was helpful as I am an amputee. The breakfast was well stocked and tasty too. I would definitely stay here again!”
