“The moment I opened the door the smell of cigarettes was so overwhelming! the door and walls were very dirty and there was hardly any bedding-I was there about 3 minutes and ended up leaving my room key (room 217) on the counter and walked out. I did not even feel safe. ”

“Arrived on a Thursday night and was greeted pleasantly by Kyle. Received a text message shortly after asking if we needed anything. The room was clean and equipped with everything we needed. The only small thing we didn’t like was that the hotel is right next to the highway so there is a lot of traffic noise. Otherwise everything was excellent! ”

“Parking was right in front of our room, with no issues. A/C was efficient and quiet. Staff friendly. This property is bare bones, no fancy soaps, body wash, shampoo. No pool or gym. We were only stopping one night so more than adequate for our needs. Clean, quiet and friendly. ”

“Breakfast had a variety of options from cereals and DIY waffles to eggs and ham or sausages, from biscuits and gravy to bagels or muffins, from fresh fruit or yogurt to milk and boxed juices, and always coffee and teas. The staff friendly and helpful; the rooms roomy and clean as were the common areas. Not for me, but there was an indoor pool that seems to be quite the attraction for younger guests. I would not heditate to stay at the Cobblestone again.”

“This is the best old school hotel ive ever stayed at. Beatiful location staff was great. My only negative is no ice dispencer, I get it but the ice was frozen into a block and with no Ice picks availble had to put the block in the tub to melt a little so i could break off a piece. ”

“ Breakfast was great. Staff at breakfast was very helpful. Bed was clean, the bathroom was in poor condition. Cracks in ceiling and water damaged not repaired very well. Mirror on door was dirty. Light in ceiling was missing parts. I have pictures if you’re interested. Checking in was very slow. ”

“Terrible stay at this hotel. Smelly, there must be a lot of smoking rooms because you can’t get away from the smell. No heat in the room. 3 of us in the room and only 2 bath towels. The hotel is just dirty in general. We would not stay there again if it was free. ”
