“A terrific experience- ”

“We arrived with no water for the first night and next morning. On the second night we did not have water until after 7:00 p.m. and then no hot water. Out of 3 night stay we had hot water for only one night. No refund was offered or given because 'we booked through Expedia'.”

“I didn’t like that there was no handicap accessibility. No elevator. Walked into the room with unclean sheets however the staff was kind and quick on your feet to replace the sheets. But overall, I didn’t fully enjoy my stay due to the first two reasons.”

“We needed one night as we were passing through, and this hotel worked for that, though I would have preferred to stay elsewhere. The lobby area was half nice. Restaurant and bar were non operational. The hallways were gross. The elevator was even more gross. Our room was newly renovated and was comfortable. The walls are thin, and there was a couple dispute somewhere near our room that sounded like they were next door. It's convenient to the highway.”

“ I didn’t like that there was no coffee maker in the room. Also the amenities were bare minimum. I think that Hotel itself just needs to be updated. Every time neighbors opened and closed their door, it sounded someone was opening ours and got scared till we got used to it. Convenience-wise, the location is great. However somehow we felt that the hotel was sketchy. Maybe because it was dark in the lobby and didn’t feel welcoming… Anyway, it was ok for one night. But I will not stay...

“People milling around the parking lot. Weed smell. Trashy outside. Inside is not clean and in poor condition. People just hanging out everywhere. Room was dirty, smelled like cigarrette smoke, very warm. Air conditioner did not work.”

“I understand this is an older hotel but, the room stank of old smoke and when the a/c ran, it was even more evident that people smoked in the room. ”

“Room smell like cigarettes, burns on comforter, old sheets, just nasty! I just left the place! Did not want stay there.”

“The staff were especially nice and a highlight of the stay. The room was very tidy and comfortable and the breakfast was pretty good. My main reason for not rating higher is that the front of the Expedia page lists a hot tub but there is none at the hotel. Also the estimate for the room never mentions a charge per night for parking, which may be small but is frankly ridiculous since the front desk told me I could park at Applebees if the lot was full. ”
