“Felt so clean and comfortable.”

“The room was clean and basic which was fine and easy to check. The free breakfast was good enough and easily accessed. One inconsistency was the unexpected charge increase for our dog as Expedia’s website and the hotel’s charge was different. Staff responded with that it was not their concern as this was booked through Expedia. Still, the hotel was fine.”

“Beds were comfy! However: upon entering the room, toilet was not clean (seriously noticeable)..shower had an actual "booger" on the wall at eye level or something that resembled a lizard turd?? Yuck! Lamp shades all of them must have been there during the depression with the amount of filth and very visible staining on all edges.. yuck yuck!! Large crowds I found out every night after work hangs outside our room..yeah...ugh..room 106 btw. No coffee supplies or shampoo or soap (empty). Pool had...

“The second floor is in need of washroom overhaul. I have stayed on the first floor before so I know the hotel is good, but the second floor washrooms were gross so now that I know that I might not book on expedia again so that I can make a request for the first floor. The best part of this hotel is the pool which is very well maintained and beautiful.”

“This hotel is one of the cleanest, well functioning hotels I've stayed at in years. The breakfast was delicious.”

“The renovated suite was wonderful! The breakfasts were really good. Several of the breakfast supplies were low or out and when asking the staff, she said to look at the other stations and continued to stay in the kitchen area. Not friendly.”

“Good hotel, but you can tell it is an old property compared to the other options at this exit. Met our needs for an overnight trip but nothing else. Stairs super squeaky, like the floor below the carpet was about to crumble. Back door had a rock propping it open every time we came down the stairs, so our safety at times felt questionable. Probably won’t ever go here again. Worth the extra money to stay somewhere else.”

“All though we did not use, the property has a restaurant and bar. Parking was plentiful, elevators to upper floors and clean well equipped rooms. The receptionist could have been more helpful however she was not rude, just didn't give any information without being asked. We did not have breakfast but read it would be surcharged and I prefer hotels that provide breakfast included in the price all though many are becoming pretty inadequate.”

“Property needs major updates and a thorough cleaning. Good location, but the room left a lot to be desired. Did not want to use the mini fridge or microwave due to condition. There are nicer places for the same price in neighboring towns.”

“Walls in bathroom needed repairs. Door didn't lock going into the room.”

“Pictures are very deceiving. Room was okay with a jet tub in it. Actually quite a large room. But toilet barely flushed, couldn’t get my outdated shower door to close all the way, no refrigerator which while traveling we like for cold drinks, multiple stains on the rug, and when checking out the tub had a cockroach crawl out of the faucet. One plus - the large vanity mirror was updated and very nice and bright. With all the negatives we decided to skip the very small continental breakfast.”

“While it is true, the building was older and rooms were somewhat smaller, everything was clean and well put together. The staff was kind and friendly.”

“First night, okay. Second, third, etc neighbors jumping, bumping loud music most the night until I had to call the front desk two nights in a row. They have workers in and they’re top priority. Not us traveling peasants lol. If you wanna party, check in; if you want quiet go elsewhere”

“When I arrived, the front desk man was very nice, but I went up to my room (Room 316) and neither of my keys worked. I took the elevator back downstairs and he made new keys then said he would go with me to see if they worked. The second set also did not work. He opened my door with his keys and told me he would bring my keys back when the issue was fixed. I ended up just staying in my room for the night and I never got any keys to my room.”
