“Loved everything about the staff and property. Was unhappy with the pool and pool room. They were to cold.”

“I booked two queen beds. When I opened up the door it was a king. I asked for a cot. They did not have any. Ice machines weren't working.”

“Apparently room make up no longer done when staying more than a day. Returned after a long day not to a relaxing atmosphere but to make own bed and call for clean towels not supplied for second day. coffee good and fresh fruit great but eggs and whatever protein rather awful.”

“This is a decent hotel. The issue we experienced was that our room thermostat did not work. The only employee on duty was at the front desk during a Holiday weekend. However, we figured out how to turn on the fan manually. It appears this hotel is understaffed. The staff was friendly and tried to help as much as possible.”

“Carpets were filthy, the room smelled. The smoke alarm went off at 8 am because someone in an upstairs room was smoking. The pool was closed. They wanted to charge $70 to stay an extra 3 hours (our tournament got pushed back so we asked if we could stay a few hours extra). Overall I do not recommend.”

“Inside smelled like a musty basement. Ceiling tiles stained, carpet stained. Bathroom appeared in need of repairs, looked dirt but stained. Elevator not in service so carried 4 bags up to the 2nd floor. Our AC went out in the middle of the night, 12am, we woke up sweat soaked. I went to the front desk, I was told sorry, no open rooms, no offer to try to come look at it to fix, I had to ask if they had any fans, they did not. When I became upset and asked about receiving a refund on our room as...

“Staff was friendly. The hallways and elevator were not cleaned during our stay as several pieces of debris were there from arrival until departure. The breakfast was not appetizing, little options and the juice machine was broken. Our room was clean and beds were comfortable.”
