“Love, love, love this hotel! Sometimes work trips are made better by the accommodations at the end of the day. The Junto is one of those places. I don’t know when I’ll return to Columbus but I might look for a reason just to stay here again.”

“Hotel and room were not as advertised, dirty looking, room service food was disgusting, room wasn't cleaned just new towels put in bathroom, wifi didn't work properly, booked a king room and could only get two queens.”

“The staff was extremely kind and helpful! They accommodated our request for an early check-in which was extremely helpful. The AC units were a bit loud and startling at times. There was also a little hair and toilet paper in our toilet upon arrival so unsure of what that was! Everything else was clean.”

A previous guest had signed in to a streaming service, so I didn't have to bother my lovely wife, but that really should be cleared after each stay.
