“This place is amazing! I stayed for 4 nights and loved every bit of it. The beds are very comfortable, the place is really neat with the jungle and plants set up. The kitchen is great! It had everything I needed. The place was very clean and the staff was professional and was great at communicating. German village is awesome and everything is walkable. I will be definitely be back! ”

“Check in is at 4pm! We didn’t get our room keys till 5:45pm! Hotel smells in the hallways. A/c units in the rooms are very old and LOUD. Hotel needs a major update for the rates they offer. They provided a courtesy breakfast after I complained about the delay in rooms. But it wasn’t being offered for the inconvenience. ”

“The room was terrible with little windows and yiu couldn’t see out as there was so much moisture in the glass. The parking situation is terrible to have to walk through the alley because need key access but don’t get that until you check in ”

“There was no maid service the three days that we stayed at the Plaza. We had to go and ask for fresh washcloths and towels from the front desk clerk. We put the door sign for maid service out on Friday and Saturday but no one came to clean the room. ”
