“This building was really cool and was built in the 1920's. The windows in this place were beautiful and there was so much natural light. The kitchen and bathrooms were nicely renovated. The furniture was comfortable but sparse. The neighborhood is really quiet. The neighborhood is in transition. There were some homes that had been fully renovated and some that were vacant. “Great value. That’s gonna be THE reason for the rating. Value is excellent. But there are some things to know. First off, the area is solid but not without a little bit of sketchiness. Folks can be a little loud even later at night and a little awareness is needed. The bathroom is a bit cramped, particularly if you’re a bigger guy like myself, and the water pressure and heat can go on you quickly. The bed is FIRM. If that’s your preference, then awesome. Otherwise, it’s an adjustment....

“Absolutely loved the apartment feel. It was cute and just what I needed. The only complaint that I had was the heat was preset at 66 and would not go above that so on two of the three nights it was 17° outside, it was cold inside the apartment.”

“Our group age ranges was between 70 - 13. The place is small, but was comfortable for the 4 of us. Having parking behind was super convenient so that we didn't have to park on the street. Check in was easy, the host was responsive to the questions that I had and provided lots of great food options for the area. If traveling with someone with mobility issues, the 1 bathroom is upstairs, so please keep that in mind. We didn't have any issues with it, but I did want to note that for anyon...
