“Good”

“I want a refund ! We 1st got there and the room smelled like wet dog, we found bugs in our clean towels, then i seen a bug on our bed as well, and the next morning upon pack we found a grown bed bug (dead) under the table where you eat. The staff did give us spray for the smell and brought clean towels. But i haven't heard from management at all regarding the bed bug situation, i couldn't sleep all night because i was worried about taking home bugs. And i thought there was complimentary...

“Heat kept us warm. Comfortable, clean.”

“The weather was very cold and snowy during our stay and we enjoyed breakfast each morning and things were super clean and food bar very well maintained.”

“Maybe just a tough weekend but the credit card machine and room charge feature weren't working at the bar. The front doors kept opening and closing noisily despite the fact that no one was around them. On the other hand, the bartender D always makes this stop my favorite stop of the trip and so I'll never pick a different hotel on my way out of Columbus! Not to mention, the location so close to the rental drop off and airport is too convenient to pass up and the shuttle service is great.”

“Got a King Suite. It was very spacious. Clean room. Didn’t use the pool/spa but it looked nice. Didn’t make it to breakfast in time but it looked big. They had a soda machine tho, that was awesome wish I had seen it sooner!”

“One of the clerks at the reception desk went out of her way to help me with a technology problem. I think her name was Shana. The staff at the reception desk were very pleasant. I mentioned that I was surprised that they did not have decaf coffee in the morning. The next day, an urn with decaf was there with the other coffees!”
