“The elevators are suffocating and slow as Christmas. The hallways feel Like the 7th layer of hell. Other than that, the place was straight.”

“Excellent breakfast with a good selection. The room was pricey so the breakfast helped balance it out. Our kids really liked the 4th of July themed waffles. Room was clean and the beds were comfortable.”

“The people that worked there were very good to us. I feel the owner or the management of that hotel. I’d be ashamed of yourself leaving one person behind the desk 65 rooms to take care of they can’t do it. It’s very hard and they tried they did their best. That’s why I gave it a three not because of the people it’s because of the Owner and management of that hotel ought to be ashamed of themselves. They need to pay those people double pay that’s my personal opinion. Thank you.”

“My refrigerator was leaking, no hand soap and tv did not work”

“The room I was in was clean and comfortable, however the courtyard and landscaping could use some attention and updating but All together the property was nice. The staff were very nice and friendly, the pool was clean and is salt water filtered which I was very impressed with! I would give it a 4 on a scale of 1-5. Family friendly, I would stay there again!”

“I enjoyed my stay was just shocked we had no microwave in our room”

“Faucet was placed at the corner of the rectangular bathroom sink and barely had any overhang. Using this faucet meant that water would end up on the countertop and had to be pushed back into the sink by hand. Strange positioning. Our room was on the backside of the building, facing I-270. You can hear the traffic noise all day and (especially) night. They should have installed proper windows on that side of the building to block the noise.”

“The elevator was done for hours. Had to walk the stairs. Breakfast was ok but sausage could have been cooked longer. Front desk clerk was very nice and apologized for any inconvenience we experienced. Cleaning staff only dropped off fresh towels and wash clothes but didn’t make beds or clean bathroom when we left for the day. She also didn’t remove the dirty towels we left in a pile on the floor. Besides that it was an ok stay.”
