Hotel a Plain City

“Ran down and old was giving another room because my first room smelled like piss and misery. Needs work done to the property badly probably wouldn’t stay again.”

“The room was clean and spacious. We were in a first floor accessible room so it was easy to go in and out with our two small dogs. It was very quiet. Staff was friendly and there was ample green space to walk the dogs. We enjoyed the small town and it's environs.”

“Super clean. Very modern and attractive room. Very good price. Comfy clean bed. Good and plentiful parking. Everything inside and out in excellent condition. My needs simple? For me this was perfect. ”

“The man at the front desk at night is awful at customer service. I walked in and he simply said "Name". No greeting, etc. Seems like he hates his job. The female member of staff working in the morning was much better. The whole room smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke, it was unbearable. Walkways smelled of marijuana. Sheets had stains on. Very unclean and unwelcoming place. ”

“Our room was located in the part of the hotel that was closest to the highway. Unfortunately, that made sleeping more difficult because all I heard was the highway all night. The room had a bit of a musky scent to it. The breakfast was great. The location was close by where I needed to be, so that made the commute easy. Overall it was OK.”

“We loved our stay here. We came from the UK and were very happy with everything. The Hotel is warm and welcoming with friendly staff. There is a pool, gym and jacuzzi available for use 24/7. The bed was so comfy and the room service staff kept things nice and tidy. There was always someone working towards upkeep, maintenance and cleaning during the day. Gardening staff busy making sure the outside looked perfect. We will definitely return.”

“Be fully prepared to not have a room reserved for you even though you booked weeks in advance. After an 8 hour drive, we arrived within the check-in window to be told they had no reservations for us. We told several excuses, one being their system went down and wiped their reservations. They were booking in people before and after us. They were unable to assist us in figuring out other hotels in the area. We were in town for a festival, and like many others, our hotel canceled our reservation...

“We were not apprised of the “rooms are cleaned every 3 days” policy. The bedding was never changed and we had to request towels for the room. We requested service for the duration of the stay which was not honored. This resulted an uncomfortable stay.Also the toilet flush handle needed replacement but a fix was improvised with electrical tape.”

“I was fooled by the reviews, when looking for an inexpensive option. The bathroom was filthy with all sorts of stuff on the walls, floors and side of the tub. This hotel is across the parking lot from a dive bar open from 5:30am-2:30am, other guests were apparently happy about this and where coming and going throughout the night, inebriated and loud. Disgusting, pay an extra $20 bucks and stay at any of the other surrounding hotels”
