“Good mattress, clean room, clean bathroom, though small. Hotel is next to a busy highway, though once inside, most of the noise is muffled. Downside is the exterior walkways. Scattered cigarette butts, bottle caps, and beer bottles. Gross.”

“***Safety Alert***
We arrived at the hotel while traveling and parked for the night near the entrance of the hotel. During the night, per the Columbus police, a number of cars were vandalized in the parking lots at the Holiday Inn Express in Columbus as well as neighboring hotels. Please note the police officer said there are no cameras on the parking area, nor at the other hotels and "that's the price of having a nice car". The vandals tried to get into the car by breaking the side windows...

“Housekeeping missed our room two days in a row. Did not get the room we called and reserved. Needed a two queen, pullout sofa for 3 adults 1 child. Was given a king with pullout sofa for 2 adults 1 child. Could not change rooms due to being fully booked.

“Rug has never been cleaned. The mattress was awful. I was treated horribly when I arrived and charged a higher price than what was quoted by Expedia. I was told I could leave if I didn’t pay the higher price. I was required to provide a deposit . After almost two weeks week deposit was finally refunded but I had to get my credit card company involved. I called the hotel but never get an answer . May be the worst hotel experience ever”
